America Honors Our Veterans spotlights the personal accounts of American war veterans so that future generations may better understand the experiences and sacrifices of our service members.

From champion athletes to recipients of the Medal of Honor to veterans looking to change the world, hear how veterans continue to make an impact at home and abroad. The special also features a musical performance by the U.S. Army Field Band and a number of celebrity shoutouts to honor and give thanks to the veteran community.
