Bill Deutch
Bill Deutch is a media entrepreneur, Emmy Award-winning producer, and veteran community advocate.
As creator and executive producer of Hiring America, the first nationally syndicated television program dedicated to veteran employment, Bill created a platform now airing on the American Forces Network and on 208 local stations nationwide. He is also the founder of Military Made, a curated marketplace for veteran- and military-spouse-owned businesses, and a driving force behind Valor Club, a master-planned veteran community in San Antonio, Texas.
Bill earned an Emmy for Songs of Service, a television special honoring servicemembers through performances by the U.S. Army Field Band. Earlier in his career, he launched Subtext, the first SMS dating television show in the U.S., and founded Access Propeller Holdings, bringing Scandinavian mobile technology to the American market.
He holds a B.A. and J.D. from Georgetown University and is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.

Felipe Linz

Felipe Linz has created content for Hollywood’s major studios and independent companies alike.
Aside from his work as Managing Producer on Hiring America, Felipe most recently produced and edited the GLAAD nominated documentary When the Beat Drops, produced the documentary Sneakerheadz and served as a Story Analyst for Netflix Films.
Felipe began his career as a senior development executive for Academy Award nominated production company Friendly Films, where he worked on such films as Little Miss Sunshine.
He is a graduate of the film program at the University of Texas at Austin.

Bethany Dameron makes sure Hiring America's stories reach the people who need them most.
As Digital Content Manager, Bethany leads the program's content strategy, search optimization, and digital presence — turning hundreds of veteran stories and employer resources into something audiences can actually find and follow.
A Marine Corps veteran, she brings firsthand understanding of the transition from service to the work of helping others navigate it, with a particular focus on SEO and on organizing content around the real paths veterans take after the military.
