Hiring America is the first TV series dedicated to helping the military-connected community thrive after service. We share stories of veterans who have successfully transitioned into civilian careers, point to valuable resources and spotlight companies committed to hiring from the military community.

The show airs on 208 local affiliates across the United States and on the American Forces Network reaching all servicemembers stationed overseas. The website you're on is the trusted resource that lives between broadcasts.

Bill Deutch


Bill Deutch is a media entrepreneur, Emmy Award-winning producer, and veteran community advocate.

As creator and executive producer of Hiring America, the first nationally syndicated television program dedicated to veteran employment, Bill created a platform now airing on the American Forces Network and on 208 local stations nationwide. He is also the founder of Military Made, a curated marketplace for veteran- and military-spouse-owned businesses, and a driving force behind Valor Club, a master-planned veteran community in San Antonio, Texas.

Bill earned an Emmy for Songs of Service, a television special honoring servicemembers through performances by the U.S. Army Field Band. Earlier in his career, he launched Subtext, the first SMS dating television show in the U.S., and founded Access Propeller Holdings, bringing Scandinavian mobile technology to the American market.

He holds a B.A. and J.D. from Georgetown University and is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.
