I have had some wonderful travels around Texas this week and attended some great Hiring our Heroes Events and the FIRST EVER MSEEZ (Military Spouse Economic Empowerment Zone) hosted in San Antonio. The list of attendees was very impressive. I love military spouse initiatives! More on that next week...
This week I want to share with you an inside look at the BEST Career Fair out there for veterans and spouses right now. This is a quote from a transitioning veteran not from me. DAV and Recruit Military have teamed up to bring great employers to over 100 career fairs all over the nation as well as virtual career fairs. Jeff Hall and the DAV team personally work to connect veterans and spouses with employers that they think would be good fits and have had nearly 50,000 job offers come out of these career fairs.
