I have a real treat for you. Hiring America worked in conjunction with Working Nation to cover a Town Hall meeting with Gen. George Casey (Ret), 36th Chief of Staff of the Army. I actually had the honor of participating in a Town Hall meeting with Gen Casey when I was still serving and always felt he was a very wise man. I hope you will enjoy his Words on Transition this week. He addresses being a part of the military team vs. an individual in a corporation, being just a "Cog" in a machine and being seen as a hero.
