Keep an Open Mind!

I was talking with Robin Zander this week (more about Robin later) and he had some really interesting thoughts in reference to perfectionism. I went on his Linked In Profile and found a little video about Perfectionism. I never thought about it but I think that I can be a little bit of a perfectionist at times. Sometimes I get so anxious about making sure my resume or interview skills are so perfect that I end up delaying actually getting it done! I often would worry about even APPLYING for a job because I wasn't sure it was THE ONE and I didn't want to waste anyone's time if I decided not to take it. Does this sound absurd? Yes, it does but I bet I'm not the only one. Take it from me, try to keep your mind open to EVERY opportunity and don't let perfectionism and anxiety cripple you.
