In this week's episode, we're thrilled to commemorate the 75th anniversary of The Battle of The Bulge!

Happy Nuts Weekend! In this week's episode, we're thrilled to commemorate the 75th anniversary of The Battle of The Bulge, which took place from Dec 16, 1944 to Jan 25, 1945. It was the last German offensive during World War II in which America suffered about 75,000 hero casualties. The Germans lost between 80,000 to 100,000 citizens themselves. It was an ugly battle, but we came out strong.
Earlier this year we had a unique opportunity to visit Bastogne with Helen Patton, the famous General George Patton's granddaughter. It was an amazing experience to learn from her and discover the city of Bastogne. Her story reminded me of my grandfather and the sacrifices that American's greatest generation made to protect us and our allies around the world. The city itself does an incredible job of honoring the fallen, especially with the Mardasson Memorial. It truly moved everyone on our team and reminded us how truly proud we are to be American.
On Hiring America, we honor veterans everyday, but this weekend we would like to pay particular notice to the veterans who fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
