This year the holidays will be very different from those before. Many of us will be separated from our families and will have a new experience this year. The only thing to do is to adjust to the new reality. There is an excellent quote from Leonard Cohen that I heard earlier this year that has allowed us to go with the flow and accept the change. It is, "If you don't become the ocean, you'll be seasick every day."
