Creator And Executive Producer

Before creating the Hiring America TV show, Bill founded Linear Media in 2005 which created and launched Subtext, an interactive on-air social community. Prior to that, Bill served for four years as Director of Business Development of Media Farm, LLC, a New York based interactive media company that provides technology planning, strategic consulting, software and multimedia development. Bill has also held positions in management consulting and has worked in the entertainment industry at Growth Strategy Group, Inc. and the William Morris Agency. Bill is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.

A 26-year veteran of television with live TV experience, Shanna started her career at ABCNEWS on Primetime Live, then transitioned to 20/20 while also contributing to breaking news, special long form magazine series, election coverage, numerous specials, and projects with BET, WNET, and Lincoln Square Productions.

Jayson started out in advertising, and after working on some of his own creative projects, he wound up at a NYC production company making music videos. After living in Eco-Village for a year, where he founded a small food co-op and a fermentation guild, Jayson moved back to LA and started a small production company where he directs, shoots and edits for Complex Magazine, 705 productions, Make-a-Wish and others, and he's also part of a sketch comedy YouTube channel with 10,000 subscribers and growing.

George David Drucker brings a wealth of award-winning experience in consumer, business-to- business, technology and financial services communications. In addition to his role with Hiring America, Drucker is an adjunct professor in the School of Communications at Pepperdine University and in the Marketing and Business Program at UCLA.

Felipe Linz
Managing Producer

Felipe Linz has over 15 years of experience creating content for Hollywood's major studios and independent companies alike. Aside from his work as Managing Producer on HIRING AMERICA, Felipe most recently produced and edited the GLAAD nominated documentary feature film WHEN THE BEAT DROPS for famed choreographer Jamal Sims (The STEP UP series; ALADDIN). Felipe also produced the documentary feature film SNEAKERHEADZ which premiered at the SXSW Film Festival and was released theatrically in 2015. Felipe began his career as a senior development executive for Academy Award nominated producti​on company Friendly Films, where he worked on such films as LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE and the BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE franchise. He is a graduate of the film program at the University of Texas at Austin.
